If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
Before returning your product, please contact us with your order number and details of the product you would like to return, so we can issue a return authorization number. You can call us at 310-990-6512, email us at email@example.com, or use our contact form. We can't accept returns without a return authorization number.
Once a return is authorized, we will refund your payment and send you a return shipping label. Please return authorized orders in their original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 21 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

Cancel an order. If you need to cancel an order for any reason -- or simply changed your mind -- please contact us as soon as possible. Orders generally ship within 24 - 48 hours of being placed. Once the order has shipped, we will need to issue a return authorization number before the product can be returned.
Damaged on arrival. Please let us know immediately if your product arrives damaged. It's helpful (but not necessary) to send us photos of the damage, so we can take steps to avoid the issue in the future. We will dispatch a replacement, exchange, or issue a refund as you request.
Received the wrong product. Please let us know immediately if the product you receive is different to the one you ordered. We will issue a return authorization number and dispatch a replacement, exchange, or issue a refund as you request.
Exchanges are free within 30 days of the product being delivered. Simply contact us to let us know which product you would like to exchange, and we'll issue a return authorization.
Faulty manufacturing or broken after normal use. Our products are designed to provide many years of hassle-free enjoyment when correctly handled and mounted. If you believe your product is subject to faulty manufacturing or has failed to hold up during normal use, please contact us with a description of the issue. We will issue a return authorization number and dispatch a replacement, exchange, or issue a refund as you request.
Please note that we may not be able to accept returns for products that were damaged by the customer, for example: dropped with enough force to damage the frame, improperly mounted on the wall, or exposed to moisture. Even so, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
