At Birdhaus Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund.
We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Cancel an order. If you need to cancel an order for any reason -- or simply changed your mind -- please contact us as soon as possible to receive a full refund. Once the order has shipped, we will need to issue a return authorization number before the product can be returned.
Product lost in transit. If the product never arrived, please contact us with your order number and we will dispatch a replacement at no additional charge.
Damaged on arrival. Please let us know immediately if your product arrives damaged. It's helpful (but not necessary) to send us photos of the damage, so we can take steps to avoid the issue in the future. We will dispatch a replacement or issue a refund as you request.
Received the wrong product. Please let us know immediately if the product you receive is different to the one you ordered. We will issue a return authorization number, and dispatch a replacement or issue a refund as you request.
Faulty manufacturing or broken after normal use. If you believe your product is subject to faulty manufacturing or has failed to hold up during normal use, please contact us with a description of the issue. We will issue a return authorization number, and dispatch a replacement or issue a refund as you request.
Please note that we cannot issue full refunds for products that were damaged by the customer, for example: dropped with enough force to damage the frame, improperly mounted on the wall, or exposed to moisture. Even so, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
Before returning your product, please contact us with your order number and details of the product you would like to return, so we can issue a return authorization number. We reserve the right to reject any refund requests that do not meet these conditions.
In the case of a return, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases, you will receive a refund much sooner. Please allow for the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
